Brilliant service. Called with a wasps nest very close to back patio doors. Responded immediately and arrived as agreed (to suit me) within 2hrs of the call. Hornets started to hatch out through a wall into my study. Steve came round in half an hour and did a thorough, professional job of removing the swarm and ensuring that they would not come back. Truly excellent service.

We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out. He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work. Great job, and a lovely chap - thank you very much!

We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. I'm a very happy customer. Richard from Predator Pest Solutions was polite, helpful, informative and he very efficiently dealt with my wasps nest. We have had issues with mice in various areas. I contacted Predator and they attended on the same day which was great. Richard the engineer was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and told me what areas we needed to proof. I recently had a problem rats and called Predator for help. From the initial conversation to the final follow-up, their service was outstanding. I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material.
