After an initial appointment hiccup with a no show that was understandable and explained after a few days I am very pleased with the professional engagement and advice. Even offered me a discount but for an understandable problem on their end it didn’t seem fair or right so I said no thank you and paid as I should have. Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! Fast response friendly service keeping me updated on what was going on, delayed first visit due to bad weather, unsafe conditions (good plus for me, caring about the staff) installation on agreed time, clean left no rubbish photos taken and shown of the work at the end!
