Thought we had roaches. Contacted Lee and sent him a photo which he identified as crickets. He advised us what to get and do. He followed up twice to ensure everything was ok, which of course with his expertise it was. We would highly recommend Lee and woild certainly use him for any future 'critters'! Thank you Lee

Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats 🐀. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps. He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again. Lee was always smartly dressed, polite and tidy.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

11/07/24 22:00 We found a wasp nest in the roof space at home. Emailed the company and got a prompt reply from Sean within 10 mins! 12/07/24 10:00 Sean attended. All sorted. Wasps/Nest no more. Nat arrived within ten minutes of our phone call to deal with a very active wasps nest. He located the point they were entering within another five minutes and had dealt with the problem within another ten ...so all together from start to finish about half an hour ! - excellent service...just have to wait for them to die and leave us in peace!! Definitely recommend

Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

Excellent service from Paul at Trapper. Had a problem with rats getting into our cavity wall and loft. Paul identified that as our house was detached it was likely they were sewer rats. He was right. We found a hole in our sewer pipe giving them access. He also gave us details of a device that is fitted into the sewer pipe to prevent access to rats. He left traps in our loft & thankfully caught one. We have fitted the device and getting the sewer pipe repaired and so thankful to Paul for his good advice. We had previouly had another company out that were over £100 dearer than Paul and didn't advise us about this. Thanks so much Paul.
