I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

Wasp nest. Wessex pest control attended and covered nest in powder. Said if any wasps seen alive in 2 days contact office but all dead with 24hrs. Easy payment too

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. He has also offered a follow up when he is next passing to check that all is well.

We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. I have had a rat problem for years and have tried many pest control companies before but the problem continued. I called Winchester Pest Control and they dealt with the problem straight away and found where the rats were getting in to the property and advised us what to do to stop the rats getting in in future. John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material.
