We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out.
He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work.

Hornets started to hatch out through a wall into my study. Steve came round in half an hour and did a thorough, professional job of removing the swarm and ensuring that they would not come back. Truly excellent service.
