This is the second time using Forest Pest Control for a problems with rats in an attic. Originally cleared, but another entrance, via a drain discovered which has been, I expect, fixed. Have found Andy prompt, efficient and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

If you have a problem with any sort of pest, Andy here is the man to see. We reside in a village in the New Forest and 2 weeks ago we were alarmed to spot several rats in our garden whist we were eating outside one evening. We made a call to Andy who arrived 2 days later. He inspected our sewer pipe and our garden and shed and spotted where the rat run was. He laid some bait and cemented up a small hole near our drain cover that he suspected was a way the rats were entering our garden. That evening I received a detailed email from him on the steps he had taken to eradicate the rats and to keep us informed. Andy made a return call several days later to see that the bait has been taken. More bait has been laid and he wil return again in a few days time to see how we are progressing. A good bloke who know his stuff and is easy to talk to and ask questions. He owns this Business and it clearly shows in the customer service he provides. Highly recommended.

Jacob and the team have undertaken a number of jobs for us over the past year or so, from delivering bags of high quality garden mulch and soil to removing/grinding stumps from old trees and bamboo. They're always cheerful and pleasant and offer helpful advice, as well as doing a good, tidy job. Definitely recommend them.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.
