Neil arrived on time to clean our chimney and install our wood burning stove. He was really knowledgeable, professional and kept everything really clean. Such good value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Our renovation 5 so years ago hit some unforeseen bumps along the way but nothing phased Neil or Naomi. It was always about solutions. Since then we have only used Waltham Black for our sweeps/brick replacements etc and would not go anywhere else. We have no hesitation in recommending. Super tidy, friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommend - they came and checked the wood burner in my new house, made sure it was safe, checked the flue, and gave me advice on how best to use it & keep safe with a monoxide alarm. Really friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards too. I have now got a lovely fire going! Thanks :-)

I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I was put in touch with Liam on Christmas Eve by a helpful colleague in another local firm who was away and so couldn't help. I was trying to help an elderly relative whose broken heating couldn't be fixed because of wasps in loft. Liam answered my call and came out first thing on the day after boxing day and everything was sorted by coffee time - and for a very reasonable fee. Thanks Liam - and thanks Forest Pest Control. This is the second time using Forest Pest Control for a problems with rats in an attic. Originally cleared, but another entrance, via a drain discovered which has been, I expect, fixed. Have found Andy prompt, efficient and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Came to sort out a wasp problem in the apartment block we live in and also keeping on top of the rats. Not that we have any! Maybe that's him. All together very good service and will visit in the evening after our work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what they were doing to remove a bee's nest from within our flat roof quickly and with little mess. Would highly recommend.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

We had some insects which looked liked bees or wasps taking an interest in our roof - we have an older house with a tiled roof. There was no sign of any problem in the loft so we contacted Cedar to see if they could assist. A very quick response from May who asked for pictures/videos to see what type of insect we had. Another quick response from May who identified the insects as 'Tree Bumblebees' We discussed if any action was required and agreed that, if we were happy the bees would leave in a month or so. We have used various businesses over the years to sort problems etc. but have never had a service like the one received from Cedar Pest. Brilliant guy, I called in a panic as we discovered we had a wasps nest in our bedroom window. I have a phobia and was a mess on the phone. Elias was so understanding and kind on the phone and was round the house within the hour if not sooner. He dealt with the nest very well and quickly. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Adam undertook extensive proofing at my central London restaurant. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job eradicating the mice infestation we had. He left the property in a clean state and was very patient in answering all of my many questions. After settling the invoice, Adam always answered my many calls, his after sales care was exemplary. We have had an ongoing problem with rats or a couple of years. The council and a private pest control company have come round, put down some bait and gone away. On John's first visit, he inspected all the drains (not just one), and quickly established where the problem lay and how they were getting into the roof space. After a very short period the whole problem was resolved. A first class job by a company that know what they are doing

We recently had mice in our loft that kept us awake at night, called Wessex pest control and they promptly visited my property the next day and have had 2 follow up visits following this. Excellent service, Jerry was very professional and polite. Would recommend their services.

100% positive. Jerry looks after our stables and house. He has kept the stables almost totally rat and mice free for years - not a small achievement. The house never has a problem. Jerry also deals with our wasp nests and cluster flies in the loft.

I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem.
