Used George on an emergency call out for a wasps nest that he removed very quickly. Whilst on site he also started a process to remove the rats that were present. I can now say I haven’t seen a single rat since. Excellent work at a good price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I cannot thank George enough for his prompt and efficient response to my call. Despite being fully booked he kindly came to assess the issue of a possible infestation in our House in between jobs as he was working close by. He took photos of the insects and discussed their classification with a colleague and was able to calmly reassure me that they were infact harmless beetles! Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

Tony was so very helpful, professional & honest. Quick response to my initial enquiry about pigeons roosting in my porch alcoves and Tony was able to come and carry out the proposed fix very soon after. Work carried out professionally. Tony was very knowledgeable about pigeons and their habits and we discussed ways to avoid them returning.

We have had a great experience using Countrywide. Rodents are never a nice thing to deal with so dealing with Lewis from Countrywide who quickly understood the problem was very re-assuring. Lewis offered great advice and guidance not only in resolving the issue but also recommending preventative work to reduce the risk of the problem re-occurring. A Gentleman arrived on time, His name Sam Hellewell, explained the procedure and what he was going to do, he inspected my loft and explained what sort of flies were there, he was very professional and polite and respectful. Thank you very much Sam for carrying out this work for us and putting our mind at rest. I would recommend this company as he also explained to me that all the work was guaranteed, he also mentioned that if I opened the loft in a week and there was still a problem with the cluster flies the company would come out and fix the problem without charge, so I really respect that honesty, Thank you Countrywide Pest Control Services.

Rang Tom in the Newbury office as a wasps nest by a window had been discovered whilst double glazers were fitting windows. Tom was very helpful and gave excellent pragmatic advice and we spoke a couple of times over a couple of days. He always rang back as agreed. An appointment was booked and Lewis (Lee?) turned up as agreed and was very engaging and practical. Not only did he treat the nest but also checked the rest of the House outside in case they had set up home elsewhere too. Very impressive genuine service at fair price. I would definitely use again. I started to use a bird feeder and the feed went into the ground. Thought nothing if it. Then the rats arrived burrowing next to the feeder. Called Michael who came quickly. He explained the humane process clearly and obviously knows his topic. His treatment is safe with dogs about if a little common sense is applied. 4 visits for one fee. Rats gone. Thoroughly recommend his services.

Michael came quickly after we called about a rat nest in our rockery. He explained clearly what he would do for a single fee, and that he would visit weekly until the problem is resolved. It took a total of 7 visits (arriving promptly at the arranged time) before he was able to declare himself satisfied that the problem was solved!
