Tony was great. Really fast response to our enquiry and came out to change our lock the next morning. Highly recommended.

Focus were able to get out to us rapidly when locked out in the evening - they gave a realistic time to get here that was kept to, very reasonable pricing for labour and also parts required. Not only that, they went above and beyond helping repair door latches and offer maintenance advice for our locks to prevent future issues. Tony was friendly and helpful - all much appreciated, couldn't recommend more!

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property.
