Called Damien to assess our poorly-closing 40 year old quality patio doors. He arrived promptly and subsequently researched unlikely replacement of mechanical parts. I agreed with him that I could live with the defect. Was very happy that Damien forsook a charge for his time. Plus point!

Called DS Locksmiths to fix our back door which had jammed shut. Damien came round and gave us a free estimate. He replaced the whole internal mechanism and lock for us. He’s friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

I locked myself out of my house when I had popped home during my lunch break. My house and car keys were inside the house and I was outside in the drizzling rain with no coat on and two shivering little dogs. Damien arrived in less than half an hour and opened the door in less than a minute. I was only a few minutes late back to work!
