I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later.
