Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Eddie came to repair some door handles and locks that were sticking and hard to use at our new house. We couldn’t be more impressed with his service! Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Eddie was prompt to respond and turned up on time. He adjusted 2 doors for us, replaced the gearbox and lock barrel on one of the doors. It was a great overall experience, I would highly recommend him.
