Really can’t recommend Croma enough. Had truly exceptional service from the Albert Road branch. Very experienced staff took time to work through with me patiently the issue and how to resolve it. There was no upselling just clear, friendly, competent advice that ended in a solution provided by an engineer Tom who on time, polite and efficient. If you are Portsmouth based and have an issue with securing your property try Croma before wasting time and money elsewhere.

Used Croma several times over the last few years, went in today for an extra VW Caddy key and all done in under 45 mins. Half the price of the stealerships. Excellent service, price and quality - highly recommended.
