A 5 star business. Used previously a few years ago when I had a lock issue and they came very quickly and replaced. Issue this week was the door handle & mechanism was broken. I called up, then visited the store with the handle and the member of staff was able to source a perfect replacement for next day delivery (on quite a niche 25+ year old part). I collected and installed myself very easily. Fantastic company!

Fantastic service. Went in needing a replacement key for a roof top box and even though search based off code came up with 50 possibilities, it worked perfectly! Would definitely recommend, really helpful and friendly.

I cannot express how much of a fantastic customer service I got today👍 , I needed help to get my safe open as the code wouldn't work and Leon ask me to bring my safe into the shop and he helped me within 10 minutes.
