Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Eddie came to repair some door handles and locks that were sticking and hard to use at our new house. We couldn’t be more impressed with his service! Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. We had Jamie change our locks recently, he was very lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service. He explained everything he was doing and I trusted his recommendations when it came to the types of locks we needed.

Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! I couldn't recommend him enough, he solved our problem quickly and only charged us a pittance for his work - thank you Jamie! :)

After losing my cars keys and spending hours on phone be told contradicting things by insurer and dealer etc,I called these guys and Craig came out and did a fantastic job of getting into my car, making and programming me a new key in great time. Highly recommend 👌

Key would not turn in my daughter-in-law's VW Golf this morning, and it all pointed to a failure within the ignition system. These guys turned up within 90 minutes, giving me a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. Repair was complete within an hour - the unit that houses the ignition barrel needed replacing. Now as good as new. Ignore the one negative review on here - it is full of misunderstanding, ignorance, and self-importance, on what was a tragic day for one family. A 5 star review is fully deserved, I'd have no hesitation in using Advanced Locksmiths again, and would recommend them with full confidence.

Took him a 55 yr old vehicle lock which had no keys. He had it stripped, cleaned, lubricated and made me 3 keys in just over an hour. Legendary service, very highly recommended.

I have visited Croma Winchester and got a key cut in two minutes with a good price.

Excellent service. Called up for a replacement key for a roof box. Had found a suitable blank and had it cut quicker than I could get to the shop. This was not a simple copy but actually making the key for a particular barrel. The key works perfectly. Great service over the phone and in the shop, would highly recommend!!!
