Excellent service would give more than five stars if I could. My Barrel lock had broken on my French doors. “Gav me a rough price over the phone and when he came there was no extra cost. Highly recommend this service. Quick professional really nice guy.

We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

We contacted Safelock Locksmiths in New Milton on 11/1/24 as our kitchen door wouldn't open / shut or lock properly . Later the same day a he came out to us at the arranged time and was able to correct the fault with the relevant replacement parts , a friendly , knowledgeable , efficient chap who we would happily recommend and use again if needed . Called out Klic after I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would. After a battle with a particularly stubborn lock they managed to open the boot. Also cut a spare key for me whilst on-site. Extremely reasonable price given the amount of time they spent. Highly recommended.

I contacted Mark after a recommendation. Although my job was small (replacing broken car key casings), Mark was able to order and fit replacements quickly. Service was A* and would highly recommend.

my key had immobilizer fault and i had messaged other key-fixing places that quoted me extortionate amounts and these places that would be unreliable with times and messaging me and i had to go somewhere today. mark came here asap, fixed my key within 40 mins and was lovely to talk to. he also charged me A LOT less than other places. 10/10!!!

Booked Ash in because our front door wasnt shutting properly and needed to upgrade the lock. Gave me lots of options and explained each one in detail which was helpful. He had to make adjustments to our door and frame along with installing our new bronze lock. Did a fantastic job!

SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!
