I initially telephoned to find out if I could get keys cut. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I had 4 keys cut £6.00 each(relatively small request) but the chap who cut them could not be more helpful. Certainly would highly recommend.

Murray changed our locks today and he was polite, friendly and very informative. He did a great job for us and would highly recommend using him. We will certainly go back if we ever require his services again ! Very happy customers!

Had an issue with rear external door. Contacted Veteran locksmiths and Murray came out a few hours later to address the problem. Parts were ordered and fitted within 48 hours. Brilliant service by Murray who was very friendly and informative and explained what had gone wrong and what he was doing to remedy it. Would be more than happy to use them again should any issues arise.

The service provided was excellent. From initially contacting the business, Murray was here within 4hrs. He was able to resolve the problematic issue with closing/locking the front door.
