I contacted IG Locksmith services for a change of lock to my UPVC front door. I received a friendly response, and a time was agreed. The new lock was supplied with 5 keys. Problem with door lock, came round within timescale given. Took the lock apart, worked out the reason why the lock was not working and gave me a couple of ways to resolve. Fixed there and then. Recommended.
