They provided an efficient and immediate service when we had a break in at our home whilst we were away on holiday. We are so grateful for the security they restored to our home and the reassurance they gave us, as we were unable to do anything ourselves. Great value for money.

I contacted B.E.N. Locksmiths (after finding on Google) to ask them to try to sort out a bifold door lock that was faulty. I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully. I could not have been more impressed - thank you Ben!

Just moved house, Ben was able change the appropriate locks as well as advise on the ones that didn't need changing. A warm and friendly service from the team starting with the my initial phone call to the completion of the work.

I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). The locksmith arrived on the day agreed, efficiently installed the locks and left things clean, tidy and secure. Great service!

Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.

Dominic arrived on time to fix a failing front door lock. Not only did he solve the issue to my satisfaction, he adjusted the door and fixed the letterbox too! Highly recommended.

Incredible service. I didn’t need to wait long for my son’s car to get booked in. Was initially told I’d need a whole new instrument cluster which would cost over £1,000 but Dan fixed it for a third of the cost. Daniele was an absolute legend, after having my car misdiagnosed and ignored by multiple people. I found him online and his reviews really speak for themselves after some brief chats over emails I arranged to have to car taken to him. He kept my posted on everything that was happening and explained what had happend with the car. He charged a very reasonable price for fixing the issue. Sent me a detailed diagnostic report and is really a stand up guy. If your having car troubles that's ECU keys or Immobilizer related this man really is the go too. He was well worth traveling 40 minutes to get too.

Great service from Daniele. My frm module went kaput. Spoke to Daniele and we arranged a time for me to bring it in. Daniele diagnosed and fixed the module on the spot,so much more convenient than sending it away and my car was back on the road the same day. Excellent service. Thanks Paul

The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. Steve also went out his way by more than 1 hour to collect the part required to sign this job off. If needed again in the future for any service I would not hesitate to call Birch Locksmiths.

The whole experience was a pleasure. They arrived when they said they would, got straight into the work, and when finished additional help and advise was provided. All the way through the process, it was explained what he was doing. And when finished everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

Darren was a delight from start to finish. He did the job as discussed and was incredibly honest about another job he could have completed but told us it’d be far more cost effective for us to do it ourselves, which I believe is always sign of a great tradesperson. Thank you - well recommended and he will the first port of call for any other lock issues!

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man. It seemed I had managed to fix things myself and was worrying unnecessarily. Dave didn’t charge me and wouldn’t accept a token payment….just a request to leave a review. Dave, it’s my pleasure.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.
