I am very happy with the work done by Jamie from Timpson Mobile Locksmith. Within few days from contacting him, he came over to replace and upgrade my front door lock, also explaining the various options and providing recommendations.

We had Jamie change our locks recently, he was very lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service. He explained everything he was doing and I trusted his recommendations when it came to the types of locks we needed.

Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! I couldn't recommend him enough, he solved our problem quickly and only charged us a pittance for his work - thank you Jamie! :)

Just thanking the Timpson Security guy who visited today called Jamie! Really professional and friendly and I feel so much more secure now. Thoroughly recommend their services and Jamie particularly. Lots of expert tips and advice for home safety much appreciated :)
