Brilliant service. We locked ourselves out in the very early hours of New Year's Day. Ali was very friendly and came out to let us in. He kept us informed of where he was and how long he would be, and then quickly and efficiently got the door open for us. It was four in the morning! Well done. Thank you.☺️☺️

Right from the start Ali was willing to provide an excellent service. He was out to us within half an hour of the first phone call and was really lovely. He talked us through a range of options and even had a look another issue that was unrelated to the call out. Upon parts being ordered the return visit was just as quick and easy. Would definitely recommend, it’s a fantastic service.

I rang Ali on Saturday for some professional advice and to see when he was free. Booked him for the Monday. He kept me in the loop re his timings and was very professional He arrived on time and didn't mess about. He got straight to work and sorted the issue. He was very efficient and clearly knowledgeable. When you need a locksmith there is always a slight panic but Ali did a great job and explained everything. I would definitely recommend his services.
