Recommended by a family member. Repaired my shoes very quickly. Friendly service and was happy with the price. Can't be faulted as I'd accidentally ruined some dress shoes I'd purchased second hand and requested a new sole that would be durable enough to wear outside. Very happy with the repairs as I don't have to worry about going outside in them again!

Cobblers..... When I say cobblers . People who can actually repair shoes. I spent a fortune on boots,trainers bring a gardener,and they've fell apart within side three months.. One pair from JB sports £60..didn't fit.. Took them back and the smug assistant said I worn them,so no refund.. I've know got a pair of real leather boots off marketplace.,priced at £80 in the shops for fifteen..because the gent didn't like the colour...brand new.. And I will take them too this cobbles too be resoled.... And I can just add..had a duplicate key made by a young girl at timpsons.. She didn't file the burrs off..got stuck in the lock.. Where else this shop actually does the complete job.. And I trust them. I now know how much a locksmith costs per minute.....from the timpsons nightmare episode..!!!

My husband and I were visiting from the US, and we just happened to stop by this shop while walking through Weymouth. The owners were so kind to us and made us feel welcomed. We had the privilege of chatting with them about everything from TV shows (both British and American) to life in the beautiful harbor town. It was one of the best experiences of our trip. We bought a Pink Floyd replica guitar -- what a unique souvenir as a memento of our time in Weymouth! On a side note, there are HUNDREDS of replica guitars in the store. The one-star review from the patron who was offended by the owners not just picking out a guitar for them was a little unfair, IMO. They're entitled to their opinion, of course, but when small businesses rely on reviews, it's sad to see their ratings take a hit over a perfectly reasonable response! Besides, I didn't see anywhere on the store's sign that they read minds. 🤭

Absolutely amazing service and quality. Needed eyelets in a flag for Glastonbury at short notice and called around everywhere I could think of in Weymouth. Cobble keys and Tees were the only one who could help me. They bent over backwards to make sure we got the flag ready for Glasto in honour of my late baby sister. Thank you so much. I had front door key cut and didn't use it until my Airbnb guests left a couple of weeks later. The front door key stuck in the door. Next day I called Cobblekeys, told them, and the owner was happy to call at my door after closing time. After me struggling to get it out and failing, he got it out straight away, put some graphite on it and it worked perfectly after! He's since offered to do me a new set free of charge, next time I'm passing! What a refreshing change to get get such great good old customer service. 😊100% recommend
