I contact ALS as the Yale type lock was not operating and I was locked out. They attend within 20 minutes and gained access. They lock had worked loose causing the issue. They tightened all the loose parts and all worked perfectly. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend ASL locksmiths and the well stocked shop which I have previously used . Amazing service and turnaround on a very technical key that we needed cutting. Perfect job done in double quick time. Very sensibly priced. Nice team of guys, could not do enough for us.

I needed a reliable local locksmith to sort a problem with my UPVC back door. After trying to fix it myself I realized the problem needed more skills than I had as internal mechanisms within the door were broken. A quick call to ALS soon had an appointment the following day and after 1 and a half hours work, I had a new system installed and a door that once again locked and worked properly.
