I called Adam about faulty window locks and hinges and windows that weren't set into the wall securely. I had been told previously by a different person that at least one of my large windows would need replacing. Adam came for a site visit to evaluate the damage and then reassured me that everything was repairable/resettable and no windows needed replacing. On the agreed day, he arrived on time and did a first-class job of all repairs he had promised at a very good price.
