Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Great team of people. Helped me out by providing something the VW dealers were struggling with due to lack of key fobs in the UK for a 2017 Beetle. Multiple 'We do any key' type companies didn't want to know and stated dealer only. ASL sorted it out without issue. Appreciated.

I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. Called out on a Saturday. There locksmith came in good time. Ended up having the handle and lock changed. But this was due to my choice as I didn't have time for parts to be ordered and needed it done there and then. Don't know if the price was high or low tbh. Never had this done before but it wasn't much different to what I had expected. The guy that turned up was friendly and chatty. And was very patient with my nan who has dementia.

I recently used Keytek to come and replace a remote key on my daughters first car,as it wasn't working. I tried to fix the problem myself by ordering a new key housing online,but it didn't wwork. I phoned them in the morning and they came out very quickly. Lee sorted the problem with a new key,which is more robust than the old one. I would highly recommend them as they were very professional and knew what they were doing.

We had Dan come out to us today. He was very friendly and a true professional . He did a fantastic job on changing our 4 locks. He was a wealth of knowledge and information on the subject and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would say he went above and beyond. So nice to have him do the job for us, we were very happy and now feel safe.
