SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I like the fact that my new key is actually better than the original. I would highly recommend this business for all your lock and security needs. Well stocked shop as well. I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Hands down one of the best courses I have attended. I came away with the confidence to start locksmithing straight away, having learned a plethora of new skills. Tom was a great instructor, very patient and taught at a pace that everyone wad comfortable with. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend keytek to anyone looking to pursue a locksmith career.

I attended the 8 day domestic and commercial locksmith course ran by Tom, and the 1 day auto course ran by Luke. Brilliant experience all round, from the facilities to the instructors, I couldn't say a bad word about it, I was a bit hesitant heading down there, as all I could go off were reviews, but they didn’t disappoint. Tom is a natural instructor with 10+ years experience in the industry, any question or query I had he had an answer for, and really did cater parts to fit the individual, with plenty of real world examples along the way. Equally I only had Luke for the 1 day auto but again with 10+ years experience it was very easy to feel at home with his instructor ability and knowledge, really please I added that on. I feel confident moving forward from here and hopefully can pursue a new and successful career in the locksmith world with some on the road experience and some work on the computer. looking forwards to hopefully working with keytek in the future as an engineer! If you’re hesitant about going on this, hopefully this will help make you feel at ease.

8 day training package, the course was delivered at a steady pace and I never felt pressured to rush the practical work, Instructor has a vast knowledge of the subject, he was always happy to answer any questions throughout the course. A deliciious free lunch every day added to the quality of the course. Overall I would recommend to anybody because you leave the course with the knowledge to start your own business or work for Keytech, and with plenty if support from the Keytech team if required.

Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. What an absolute gem of a business. Couldn't get into our safe and it was urgent as travelling, Chubb safe/Insafe wanted to charge a £1200 callout fee and a couldn't attend for a week. Spoke to Colin Thompson & Sons who told me a simple solution and it was fixed within minutes, no charge or callout required. They were absolutely amazing, friendly and went above and beyond. They saved me £1200 and didn't ask for a penny in return. What a champion of a business!
