Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside.
Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt.
Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.
David came within 20 minutes, was friendly and knowledgeable, explained every step of the way, also gave us some tips which was most helpful. Would highly recommend him and his company Rockhopper Locks. We couldn't be happier and safe, thank you.
