Thank you to Christine and Brian for all their help with a troublesome UPVC locking door mechanism. Christine explained their huge work list this week, reassuring me I was on the urgent list for a phone call to squeeze me in asap. Christine was lovely - asking me for my patience, reassuring me “help is coming” which I was only too pleased to remain patient and on hand to assist the technician when he arrived. I contacted Brian & Steven to do an emergency lock change. Midway through leaving an answer machine message, a friendly voice emerged from the phone line, and Steven said they’d be able to make it to us by the early afternoon.

The team did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local and reliable locksmith.

My husband called CAP Security Locksmiths at around 10am this morning, explaining that we could not lock our front door. Despite having a very busy schedule planned, Brian and his son kindly fitted us in their day and were here by 2.15pm. Within the hour, they had fixed the issue. My husband and I also had a lovely chat with them that brightened a rainy day! They are very friendly, professional guys who charged us a very fair price. Their number is now stored on my phone should I need to call a locksmith again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, competitively priced, exceptionally efficient and very friendly.
We had a front door emergency last week, I called this number as it was at the top of my google search .. a kind lady called Christine answered at 12.48pm, gave me quote/info and her husband Brian was here with me .. by 1.08pm!!!
He changed the gearbox on door, serviced it, gave us an invoice and was gone by 1.28pm ..
UNDER 1 HOUR = wow!!!!!!
That is impeccable timing and outstanding service.
Price wise, I compared to 2 other local companies and can confirm Brian & Christine charge the same as everyone else (it seems to be a “standard fee of around £70/£75 for most locksmiths call out fee).
I can’t express enough how happy I was with this entire experience .. considering I was panicking at home with a new born baby and couldn’t lock my front door.. and needed to get out urgently for an appointment. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AFTERALL ;) no need to panic :)
