Amazing service and turnaround on a very technical key that we needed cutting. Perfect job done in double quick time. Very sensibly priced. Nice team of guys, could not do enough for us.
I contact ALS as the Yale type lock was not operating and I was locked out. They attend within 20 minutes and gained access. They lock had worked loose causing the issue. They tightened all the loose parts and all worked perfectly. They were very professional and polite.

I must apologise for the delay in posting a review as promised. I needed a key safe for my mother who had recently had a stroke. Not only was Mark very knowledgeable and helpful, but ensured I got a secure key-safe, cut my new keys and cut me a great deal. I felt that the professionalism and customer service was exceptional. Thank you so much.
I needed a reliable local locksmith to sort a problem with my UPVC back door. After trying to fix it myself I realized the problem needed more skills than I had as internal mechanisms within the door were broken. A quick call to ALS soon had an appointment the following day and after 1 and a half hours work, I had a new system installed and a door that once again locked and worked properly. Very professional service.
