James the electrician attended to fit 2x Ring Floodlight cameras at my property, he is a very friendly and professional chap who takes pride in his work, we had a lovely chat while he was there to carry out the work. Brilliant service from EPS. It was an emergency job and they came out the same day and arrived at the time stated. Both the lads that came were very professional and friendly. They kept me updated with what they were doing & what the problem was. They worked to a high standard and tidied up after themselves. Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time, fixed the problem but also gave me another option which would have required a part but sorted the issue and we had hot water within the hour. Lovely chap. Wouldn’t call any one else In the future .

Contacted Dave to install a new Hive system to my combi boiler. He and his apprentice arrived on time and were very professional, connected the Hive system and ensured that it was working correctly before leaving.
