Ken & Tom were bang on time today and did a fantastic job making some alterations to our new build! We had an additional socket fitted in a difficult position, an external light and a Ring hardwired doorbell installed. They left everywhere just as they found it. We're great at cleaning up, making sure to wear shoe socks when walking through the house and kept us updated with all the works along the way, including answering our questions and helping out with issues we may come across in the future. Really happy with the work and would recommend them any day of the week! Wish they'd done the house instead of the homebuilders!

We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Craig for his professional and caring approach to his work. He has rewired our bathroom having found a faulty wire that was causing our family electric shocks. As well as rewired our kitchen and daughter's bedroom to a very high standard. We have followed his recommendations on many electrical products and have been very happy with all his suggestions. We will continue to use him in the future, he is definitely our electrician of choice.

As the director of DC Electrical, I don’t recognise the name ‘Chris Davidson’ neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. HOWEVER, if this is the case I can only apologies for any inconvenience to him as the period of this review was around the illness and death of a close family relatively which was a very hard time for us, and may account for any missed appointments.

I am 70 years old and had an emergency with a bedroom light fitting. I contacted JLW Electrical Contractors Ltd. I explained the problem i had.The man i spoke to said " Its not the kind of work we do but because you live nearby and its an emergency, i will send 2 men in a van who are finishing there shift to help you".The van turned up in minutes,and the 2 men soon sorted out my problem. I asked them what i owed them,but they insisted it was o.k and would not take any money off me. I cannot thank this firm,and the 2 men enough. This firm is fantastic,and deserves to do well.What a great bunch of guys. Brian.

Got exactly what I needed

Armley Electrical sorted out a wiring problem and fitted a ceiling light for me. The electricians Terence and Damian were professional and friendly and left the area clean and tidy. I had a situation where I needed an Electrical Test ASAP, I’d not used this company previously and even though it was very short notice they agreed that they could do it. I was very pleased with every aspect of their service and particularly Terrance and Hannah who were extremely helpful throughout. I will be using them in the future.

We used Armley Electrical following failure of the upstairs electrics. They came round within the hour and were very quick to diagnose the problem (attributed to previous shoddy workmanship). They made the situation safe and returned a couple of days later to fix the fault. They took time to explain the issue and what checks I needed to carry out in future. I found them to be extremely professional and thorough, and they cleaned up on completion of job. They didn't push a sale but encouraged me to search for other quotes before agreeing to the work. I was particularly impressed with the engineer assigned to the job - Terence. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and would highly recommend.
