Had our two old distribution boxes (about 12 circuits) replaced by a new up-to-date model. Efficient, very tidy job. Great service...so good that we decided carry out a long-overdue rewiring of the lighting circuits. I was expecting grooves to have been cut in the walls leading to each switch (and therefore lots of redecorating) but Dave and his team managed to pull through all the new wiring and there was no damage at all. Astonishing! Strongly recommended.

Tony responded quickly to my request for a quote for work to be completed at my Son's flat. The work was completed on time and professionally. The team are friendly and prices are very reasonable. When you use the same electrician multiple times you know you have a good one. Tony's rewired 2 bathrooms, installed a new consumer unit, electrical tested, fitted additional sockets, fitted smoke alarms and most recently rewired / installed a kitchen extension. A trusted tradie 👊🏼

Matt recently installed some new spot lights in the kitchen, and fixed various electrical issues around the house. All done in one day to a good standard and Matt consulted throughout to ensure I was happy with the work/knew what was being done. I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. He even suggested ways to optimise lighting in our kitchen - which looks fab! Go with Matt, you won’t be disappointed.

Matt was recommended to us by our neighbour. He has been punctual and polite. The work he has undertaken has been carried out with minimal disruption and finished neatly with good quality products. All required certification has been provided promptly and submitted to the relevant bodies on our behalf. He’s a pleasant chap and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him myself or to call on him again should the need arise.

Matt replaced our consumer unit in December and completed a full electrical safety certificate on the property. This identified a number of issues with a recent kitchen installation which he managed to resolve despite a busy schedule. Richard from RKM electrical did a lot of work for me following a large house extension. He was very reliable, punctual and also was flexible. There were a few problems that had been left by the previous electrician and builders. Richard worked around them and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A very pleasant personable character who I would highly recommend and I will certainly use in the future.

Richard fixed my bathroom fan that had stopped working and noticed it had been wired wrong. He went and purchased a new fan and rewired it which also fixed the issues with the bathroom lights not working. Would definitely recommend!

Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

Amongst other things. I have had an extractor fan fit & external socket. Steve popped round in good time. He checked the problem. Was completely professional and polite. They left no mess. And very fair pricing. He is in my book now. Would certainly call him again for anything electrical . 👍

I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. I needed to upgrade several sockets from singles to doubles. I also needed reinstallation of other sockets and backbox rethreading. As the director of DC Electrical, I don’t recognise the name ‘Chris Davidson’ neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. HOWEVER, if this is the case I can only apologies for any inconvenience to him as the period of this review was around the illness and death of a close family relatively which was a very hard time for us, and may account for any missed appointments.

I would highly recommend Craig for his professional and caring approach to his work. He has rewired our bathroom having found a faulty wire that was causing our family electric shocks. As well as rewired our kitchen and daughter's bedroom to a very high standard. We have followed his recommendations on many electrical products and have been very happy with all his suggestions.
