Stephen was all I could ask for in an electrician. Kept in touch beforehand - called when he said he would - turned up early, identified the problem and rectified it within an hour and tidied up after himself so I wouldn't know he'd been! Will def use again

Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

Haroon was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would, he double checked what needed to be done, and then did a very professional and tidy job putting in three new double sockets and amending a light switch. He was polite and very friendly to chat with whilst he worked and even made a couple of suggestions regarding some other work being done. I would definitely recommend him, and would happily use him again if I needed more electrical work doing.

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

I called Jay as I had a few jobs for him to do around the house. He carried out the work in a professional manner and nothing was too much for him (He even went to the wholesalers to pick up a couple of light bulbs and outdoor security light for me) Very nice, pleasant guy and his prices were very reasonable also. I called James after the plug sockets suddenly stopped working and my husband was at work. Upon describing the problem he very kindly offered to walk me through how to fix it myself at home and within minutes everything was working again. I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. He was very professional and didn't leave the job until he was happy everything was working properly and I was happy with the installation. Would recommend Jack and Plug it In to anyone.

Tony responded quickly to my request for a quote for work to be completed at my Son's flat. The work was completed on time and professionally. The team are friendly and prices are very reasonable. I found myself really stuck today with my appliances kept tripping and I couldn't eliminate which appliance had the problem. Finally I decided to ring around to get an electrician. I found Aims electrical online and an electrician called Imaad was very communicative, and understood the problem and came within 15 minutes and solved the problem, fixed a breaker and replaced the buzz bar which if not corrected could have caused a major fire. A special and massive thankyou to the team at Aims electrical would recommend to anyone as they are very efficient and most importantly communicative which is rare these days, they certainly know how to deal with people and are down to earth.

Well first time using West Yorkshire tuning and what an experience , definitely worth the 3hr round trip. The knowledge this guy has is incredible, after discussing what’s been done with the car it was tuned and upon mapping he said it is actually already mapped which I didn’t realise it was. His work has beat the previous tune by miles by a very well known company who deal with fiestas We also spoke about an issue with another one of my vehicles which is also a fiesta and he’s pointed me in the right direction at what’s at fault Honestly don’t hesitate to book in , his work and knowledge is absolutely incredible

Had 2 of my cars re-mapped by WYT and both have night and day differences, excellent results and a nice print out to show off your gains, I’ll always use WYT and always pass them onto my friends who want to get a remap, had my V5 170 MK4 golf remapped and my MK5 Golf GTI remapped

Had my car in for a performance remap and it was well worth the icy journey to West Yorkshire tuning. Great customer service, amazing waiting area and a top notch job done in no time! My cars performance has increased immensely and drove so much smoother than before! I will 100% be visiting again!! Highly recommend!

Was worried in regards to remapping my high mileage Volvo D5, was recommended WY tuning centre on multiple Volvo forums. Unfortunately I never got the blokes name as the entire process was that quick, he provided a quote within minutes and responded to all my questions. I got double the power increase I was originally expecting and the torque curve is amazing for getting up to speed. Car drove back home over 250 miles without a hiccup, great experience overall! Was worth the money and worth the 9 hour round trip.

Our boiler wasn’t working - no display, not turning on, nada. I rang Flora Electrical at 6pm and they were with us within 20 minutes. Absolutely lovely guys and obviously super knowledgeable and passionate. Fixed the issue really quickly and Paran gave us some advice/knowledge for going forward. We will definitely be using for all of our electrical needs in the future!
