Excellent service all round. Before agreement, the communication was spot on and the process was explained with clear choices by Andy. The installation team, Jack and Jake turned up on time and placed the charger to my preferred choice. They did a very neat job and went above and beyond to make it seamless, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Also the price was less than I had been quoted by any other Rolec installers. I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. I found myself really stuck today with my appliances kept tripping and I couldn't eliminate which appliance had the problem. Finally I decided to ring around to get an electrician. I found Aims electrical online and an electrician called Imaad was very communicative, and understood the problem and came within 15 minutes and solved the problem, fixed a breaker and replaced the buzz bar which if not corrected could have caused a major fire. A special and massive thankyou to the team at Aims electrical would recommend to anyone as they are very efficient and most importantly communicative which is rare these days, they certainly know how to deal with people and are down to earth.

A good friend recommended Rob and we're very glad she did. Came out initially about a month ago to complete an ECIR for us and then we had them back a week ago to fit an outdoor security light and a couple of outdoor double-sockets that we needed. Excellent work, very tidy. Have already referred to a work colleague and would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Used Unique Electrical for the EICR certification. Came on time, did check, and left on time and left the home clean and tidy, as it was. Took a week to receive invoice, but it is an indication it is a busy business. Would I recommend? Yes - but you need to give the boys some notice. Would I use again? Surely - again, will give them time. Don't expect therm to be around for last minute stuff / certification. They are an honest bunch ultimately.

We had multiple electrical issues happen within very quick succession, contacted Anthony and his team on the Saturday, got a reply in less than 24 hours and booked in for the Monday! Amazing customer service, explained what he thought the issue was over the phone to put us at ease then diagnosed the issues when he got to us. Everything was explained well and all our questions were answered whenever they came up. They came for one issue and had resolved a hell of a lot more on our "to do" list!! Over 3 days we had a brand new fuse box, fuse box relocated, new outdoor light fitted, sockets fitted, changed out old light switches, fitted a dead switch, tested and certified everything up to a safe standard. We immediately felt at ease and safe in our home again. Can't believe how neat and tidy everything was. Seriously huge thank you to the whole team.

Thank you to Electrician 2 U and Attoney who came to our home to complete the first fit of the electric lights to our new porch. He was very polite and respectful of our home and hoovered and tidied up after his first fit. Once the porch was complete he returned to complete the connection of the electric lights, three on the porch ceiling and two up down lights on the brick pillars, he didn't have black lights fittings as communication about the colour of our ceiling wasn't properly addressed by us. This wasn't an issue and he had black fittings delivered quickly to our home. Again he worked professionally and was respectful of our home and also had a look at our very old fuse box and gave us a great price to replace. That's another story. Well first time using West Yorkshire tuning and what an experience , definitely worth the 3hr round trip. The knowledge this guy has is incredible, after discussing what’s been done with the car it was tuned and upon mapping he said it is actually already mapped which I didn’t realise it was. His work has beat the previous tune by miles by a very well known company who deal with fiestas We also spoke about an issue with another one of my vehicles which is also a fiesta and he’s pointed me in the right direction at what’s at fault Honestly don’t hesitate to book in , his work and knowledge is absolutely incredible

Was worried in regards to remapping my high mileage Volvo D5, was recommended WY tuning centre on multiple Volvo forums. Unfortunately I never got the blokes name as the entire process was that quick, he provided a quote within minutes and responded to all my questions. I got double the power increase I was originally expecting and the torque curve is amazing for getting up to speed. Car drove back home over 250 miles without a hiccup, great experience overall! Was worth the money and worth the 9 hour round trip.

Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard.
