Amongst other things. I have had an extractor fan fit & external socket. Steve popped round in good time. He checked the problem. Was completely professional and polite. They left no mess. And very fair pricing. He is in my book now. Would certainly call him again for anything electrical . 👍

Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

Extremely happy with the work Craig and his team carried out. I was expecting a full lighting re-wire to cause chaos in the house and a lot of mess, however the guys were so respectful and kept everything as tidy as possible. Would certainly recommend!

Brilliant service from Craig and his lads, right from the quote (a fortnight ago) to carrying out the work today. Craig came on time and was very courteous when giving me the quote for the garage rewire. He explained how the job would be completed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He came today with his 3 lads to do the job and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Again they were on time, carried the work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Amazing service provided by Craig and the team. Craig quickly came out to quote and then carried out the job shortly after. Even though it was a slightly tricky job, work was carried out with minimal damage and with a very good finish. Used Unique Electrical for the EICR certification. Came on time, did check, and left on time and left the home clean and tidy, as it was. Took a week to receive invoice, but it is an indication it is a busy business. Would I recommend? Yes - but you need to give the boys some notice. Would I use again? Surely - again, will give them time. Don't expect therm to be around for last minute stuff / certification. They are an honest bunch ultimately.

A good friend recommended Rob and we're very glad she did. Came out initially about a month ago to complete an ECIR for us and then we had them back a week ago to fit an outdoor security light and a couple of outdoor double-sockets that we needed. Excellent work, very tidy. Have already referred to a work colleague and would have no hesitation in recommending to others. I cannot recommend Econ Electrical enough. A job I had previously been told would be huge and prohibitively expensive was assessed and I was given a couple of options of how to resolve the issue - both options very reasonably priced. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and effectively. I now have electricity back in a room I haven’t had it in for the first time in two years and I couldn’t be happier. The room was left spotless - I wouldn’t even have known they had been - except I had electricity! Thank you so much.

Excellent service all round. Before agreement, the communication was spot on and the process was explained with clear choices by Andy. The installation team, Jack and Jake turned up on time and placed the charger to my preferred choice. They did a very neat job and went above and beyond to make it seamless, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Also the price was less than I had been quoted by any other Rolec installers. Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. He was very professional and didn't leave the job until he was happy everything was working properly and I was happy with the installation. Would recommend Jack and Plug it In to anyone.

I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!
