This Guy is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable guy I had the good fortune of calling in my hour of need. Sunday evening emergency and he helped out immediately and diagnosed over the phone and got my electricity on again. He knows what he is doing and I’m glad it was him I called. He saved me a hefty call out fee and charged a very reasonable amount for the phone diagnoses. Thank you so much

Excellent service. Called today after house flooded, received good advice over the phone and promised to call back later and come out. Received a call at the time promised, and the work was completed swiftly. Everything was explained concisely without jargon (and no condescending ‘tradesman to woman’ stuff, if you’re female you’ll know what I mean!). I feel the price was reasonable considering the swift, skilled service. Receipt/invoice provided for insurer. And to top it all off, a very friendly and personable chap. Really pleased with everything and can recommend confidently.

I had Gareth out to do some electrical work in a basement conversion. I was concerned that some of the works wouldn’t be possible but Gareth assured me that they’d be able to get it done without any problem. He was prompt at giving the quote and detailing what it covered. They added sockets to a circuit, replaced spotlights, replaced existing sockets, installed and wired an electric towel rail & electric heater, did some work to the fuse board and installed an outside light. Can’t fault the work that has been done. Would definitely recommend and will be using Moorside Electrical again.

Best in the business in my opinion. Never lets you down and always on time. Communicate is brilliant. And if there is an emergency he will go above and beyond. His knowledge is second to none and he’s really well priced. All my customers have been very impressed in Gaz and the lads working for him. Gareth was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. Fantastic communication - always replied straight away and nothing was too much trouble. He worked around the builders' schedule and did the job over the weekend due to a last minute change. He was even happy to make a small change after the lights had been installed. I highly recommend Moorside electrical and I'm glad that I now know a reliable and professional electrician to call for our next project.

Very happy with the service I received from these guys. We've had ALOT of work done on the house recently and these guys did all the electrics for my new kitchen extension- installed new spotlights, sockets, switches, LED lights around my lantern; external sockets and lighting. They also changed the existing lights that were in the original part of the house; added extra sockets; changed/ added fans and lighting in my newly refurbished bathroom and guest toilet. They've always kept me informed with what they're doing and I never once had a problem with any of their work. Their workmanship really is fantastic and I would have no qualms about using them again. We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. We would tell anyone to give them a call, speak to Chris and he will sort you out.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light!
