Dealing with Fusion was straightforward. The office staff were polite and helpful and did everything they could to get my work completed promptly. The electricians who worked at my house were very friendly and respectful of my property and my needs. Their prices were fair and the billing was really clear. I would definitely recommend Fusion.
I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. Fitted lights and replacing sockets. They went above and beyond and left the place spotless. Recommend. Thank you 😊
What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.
Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.
Another great job completed today second time using fusion electrical. Electricians were very polite and friendly. Carried out extra work needed same day which was great. Good communication from the office team aswell. Will definitely recommend.
