Jason was very professional, efficient and helpful. He replaced the external emergency lighting and PAT tested all appliances. We are extremely happy with his work and will be using him again. We can strongly recommend his service.

Aziz was the most experienced technician who visited my house to give me a quote to replace the fuse box and install an RCBO unit along with a cooker switch. He was the only one who noticed my house did not have water or gas electric bonding and explained the risks of not having that. While the job ended being a little bigger than the other quotes, it seemed to me other electricians were offering a lower service job and not really taking into account the whole electric system of the house, given that the works involved something so central as the fuse box . Aziz was also the only one to offered an electric certificate for the house, having tested it throughout. As for the price, his quote was around the same price as the other electricians that visited the house.

I've had two service appointments with these electricians and would highly recommend! They're easy to communicate with, arrive on schedule, polite and courteous when in my home. In addition, they repaired my bathroom fan and it is now working well.

I hadn’t expected to see Aziz again so soon after he came on an emergency call out a few weeks ago, but yesterday I drilled through a cable in my wall while putting up shelves. On a Sunday. Actually I could have wept. I called Aziz/Al Amin electrical services and he was able to come out, and with the minimum of fussy, cut out the section of the wall with th cable, repaired it, and I have just filled it with some Big Hole filler from screwfix!! I was so so grateful for his yet again excellent service, and I highly recommend him. As before, he was calm, knowledgable, and explained everything well. Unlike other electricians I have used before, he was not phased by having to go into a wall or whatever. I highly recommend him, and as u mentioned in my last review, he is also NICEIC registered, which is the best registration service for electricians in the U.K. and it just gives me extra confidence. Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. Mayday are brilliant. I've been working with Chris to upgrade all the domestic down-lights in my small flat over the last six months, from old legacy lights to mains-powered LED spots, and he's been so helpful in providing sensible, practical, appropriate solutions, despite all sorts of weird light-gremlins creeping in - and he always completes the work quickly and neatly, I couldn't be happier. He's also a patient troubleshooter and reliable problem-solver. Great service, highly recommended!

I manage a flat in a group of four flats in a converted house in Islington. We needed our fire alarm system updated to be compliant with regulations in the communal area and in all our flats. Chris and his team installed the new fire alarm system, lights and alarms in each of our flats. They were very professional, provided excellent workmanship, competitive with pricing and were very good at communicating with us all. The experience has been very good so far: the initial quote and appointment was arranged quickly and smothly, and I got a very detailed report as outcome of the EICR.

London Electricians Direct were very straightforward to deal with, by phone and email. They carried out an EICR inspection / report and then dealt with the remedial actions. Their site electrician - Sam - arrived on time and carried out his work with care.

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.
