Always give us good service and very reasonably priced, have been using them for many years and they never raised their prices in this time. I had an issue with my bathroom spot-lights as they were integrated spot lights and I wanted these changed to ones replaceable LED bulbs. BS Electrical Services gave really good advice on what works were essential and stuck to the time and date we had arranged, this is not common for other electricians I have used in the past. Not only was the quality of work top notch but they also ensured the area was clean before leaving. Even taught me a few handy tips if I have any issues in the future which were really useful. Brilliant! Responded straight back to my call (at about noon on a Thursday), confirmed an appointment time and was here within about 3 hours. Whilst being delayed in traffic, kept me posted on ETA. Very professional, courteous, honest and helpful demeanour. Quickly diagnosed the issue (mechanical failure of main RCD switch on an old fuse board) and by some amazing chance, he had an old replacement switch, and got the power restored to my home. I then asked him to quote for installing an extractor fan, and am delighted to have found him. He charged a typical amount I think, for London, not a rip-off, and didn't demand a call out fee. He has a clean looking pick-up truck, had all the necessary tools and diagnostic equipment, and was clearly determined to get the problem solved. I will definitely pass his details on to any local friends and neighbours if needed. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.

I’ve used PSC many times for a number of domestic and commercial electrical pieces of work (including installation of solar panels). They communicate well (from office to onsite) are always professional, prompt, experienced and lovely to have around. They are not the cheapest and wouldn't expect them to be given the high quality of service and work carried out - the cost is well earned - You get what you pay for! Highly recommend and I will continue to have them as my No 1. electrical contractors for years to come. Great service from top man “Phil”, all office staff and the team on site. Brilliant.

PSC installed our solar panels and batteries a couple of years ago. They were courteous, punctual, and provided excellent service. Recently, we decided to add more batteries to our system. I spoke to Phil on Monday afternoon, and by lunchtime on Wednesday, the batteries were installed! The engineer remained friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend using PSC.
