Embarrassingly, I managed to short out our entire mains during a DIY project that went wrong. On a public holiday. Late in the afternoon. Yeah, I wasn't proud of myself, thankfully the wife was out. But called up Ideal and Mizan was professional and sympathetic, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained to me what went wrong. As part of a safety test he also discovered some deeper faults in some other electrical work that I'd hired some cowboys to fix in my kid's recently renovated bedroom. Again, he diagnosed, patiently explained and fixed the problem with a professionalism that is rare these days. Above and beyond the call of duty as it was getting late. And he fixed it all before the wife returned so I could pretend things weren't as bad as they actually were! I'd call Ideal again in a flash for my electrical needs, I was super impressed!
