Mike came home and replaced my Danfoss thermostat with a Nest Learning one. He was very professional, tidy, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! Thank you for the great work!

I cannot rate Mike more highly, 10 stars if I could. We have 3 nest thermometers over 3 floors with underfloor heating in the whole house but the pumps have been wired incorrectly (I think?!) so only 2 work, so instead of one thermometer heating each floor, one thermometer heats two floors and one doesn’t work. Mike came round and explained the problem, explained what we had to do to isolate the problem (turn off each of the 10 pipes individually to work out which heats which room) and then call him back to sort out the final re wiring if we need. This will take us about 14-16 hours because of how slowly underfloor heating works. If he wanted he easily could have said he’ll come round and do it and charge for that many hours. What a true professional and so so honest and helpful. We couldn’t believe it and it’s so rare to find. He didn’t even charge the full call out rate!!! Thank you so much Mike. Our wallet really REALLY appreciates your honesty.

An excellent professional service provided by Mike. Had a nest installed two years ago and has worked a dream. My tenant reported an error on the device two years later and Mike was immediately responsive and able to resolve remotely, I would recommend Mike anytime. This is your Nest Guy. If there was a sixth star Mike would get it.

Mike was friendly, professional, arrived on time and did a fantastic job fitting our nest thermostat and some wireless connected fire alarms. He got the job done in no time at all and even fixed some dodgy and unsafe wiring as well. Highly recommended.
