Outstanding service from Andrei and colleagues who installed a Joule unvented cylinder for me recently at very short notice. Very professional and skilled work carried out with real care and attention. Andrei also did some extra light installations. Highly recommend Andrei - nothing is too much trouble!

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. Very highly recommended. Brilliant service!!!

I can't recommend Tom (and his dad) highly enough. I called them based on a recommendation with what turned out to be a relatively minor issue. They were friendly and courteous from the outset and arrived early the next morning and sorted the issue in ten minutes at what I felt was a reasonable rate. Great job guys!

To day had a kitchen extraction fan installed by these amazing guys. I'm thoroughly impressed. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly throughout. They completed the installation and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. I highly recommend their services for their exceptional quality and friendly approach.

The Lux team are super efficient, clean and tidy. Great communicators on what needs doing and why, and gave really reasonable rates. They were able to provide flexible availability and on both visits, Sam and Danny were always polite and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

First time using LuxLdn for a number of small fixes in a flat and would happily recommend/use again myself. Sam was friendly and helpful - was running early and gave me a call to check if coming early would suit me which was appreciated. Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

I had a fantastic experience with Trish from Quantum Electricians & Plumbers. Her service was impeccable, and she was incredibly friendly and polite throughout our phone conversation. She patiently listened to my concerns and provided me with all the information I needed. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made dealing with our issues much easier. I highly recommend Trish and Quantum for anyone in need of plumbing services.

Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

In my bedroom, I had an electrician put in a socket and a light switch. In addition to being a hard worker, he was also really pleasant to work with. I have to mention that he is one of the greatest electricians in my neighborhood.

Excellent experience with this electrician. Not only did he always arrive on time, but he also never abandoned a project halfway through. Clean lines and pinpoint accuracy characterize his work. If you need outside lighting installed, he is the man to call.

Tom is a first class electrician who knows exactly what he's doing. He's prompt, efficient and leaves everything spotless when he has finished. He has done a good few jobs for us and all our family over the last couple of years, including all the electrics in a major renovation project in Battersea. We wouldn't use anyone else now! We've already recommended him to several friends, who have all been delighted with his services.

I was really impressed with the service from Tom and will definitely use him again. I have worked as an interior designer for many years and really value contractors who know what they are doing and leave the job immaculate.

We used Parchment electrical for a small number of lights that needed rewiring and a door bell. They arrived on time, accessed and diagnosed the issue quickly and finished the job within an hour. Their customer service is first rate and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I noticed a review which stated “cowboys”, I can say from experience that I have worked with many in the past, however this is definitely NOT something I would say of Parchment Electrical.
