Aziz arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. He and his colleague fixed my bathroom light switch and installed 2x sockets just as I wanted and ensured everywhere was left tidy. Highly recommended and I will be using his services again.

Aziz arrived an hour after I called and from start to finish he was courteous, diligent, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step and answered all of my questions with great patience. His rates are exceedingly reasonable and I would not hesitate to use his services again should I have issues in the future.

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Fantastic service - courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive within 1 hour to central London but demonstrated their vast experience and found the fault straight away. Fixed things quickly, cleanly and calmly. Explained the process professionally throughout, and was lovely and friendly. Pricing clearly stated and honest. 10/10 would 100% recommend.

I called Jani after one of the switches on the consumer unit kept tripping. He was able to locate and solve the issue, as well as install a couple of light fittings and provided an all round great service. Would recommend.

I'd recommend Jani Electrical. We needed a cable repaired after it was damaged by a contractor. Even though this was a relatively small job, Jani responded to my email quickly, gave a quote on the basis of a photo that I sent him and completed the repair the same evening, even looking at another socket for us while he was here. He was friendly, polite and professional and I will definitely use him again the next time we have an electrical job that needs doing.

Nick is very professional and responsive. Got Tesla charger installed, had problems with power tipping on calling Nick he exactly knew what the problem was as he has seen with other users, he took time came and replace the socket since then there is no problem. Nick doesn’t leave customer once the job is done he tries to help, educate customer with patience and fixes if required. Very happy with Nick’s services and would use him in future.

We hired Sam and his team to install new light fittings in our dining area, remove and close off a plug socket and ariel cable and replace the lights in our downstairs shower room. They were excellent. Arrived when they said they would, were extremely diligent about protecting the floors and furniture and did an excellent job. We are delighted with results. We hired 4QE to install a new fire alarm system at our property. From start to finish they provided a very professional and thorough service. Since moving to the UK I have found words like “craftsmanship, care and service,” to be words divorced from their original spirit, meaning and intent. So often especially in crafts and trade professions the industry is dominated by the lowest common denominator, efficiency is conflated with speed and quality with cost. Our experience with AC Electrical has bucked this trend and offered some insight into the once famed British work ethic, care, quality and a sense of duty. We scheduled the installation of five custom made heavy brass lights from Egypt. On arrival we found that we had a highly complicated job, the fittings, the wires, everything but the design was improperly constructed. Colin at AC Electric never gave up, was creative in his search for solutions, committed to completing his mission (to the point of cancelling his other appointments and dedicating the day to getting the job done.) He was patient, courteous and professional. Not once did he accept half quality measure or solutions. AC Electrical Services was not only professional to the highest standard they did so with a smile, a love for their work and a client focused approach which never seemed to wary of patience or dedication. Seeing craftsman like this is inspiring (I think they would complete to the highest standard a job at any level of complexity,) I hope I can bring the same tireless love to my own work. AC Electric was referred to me in glowing terms by my brother in law with accolades I was not accustomed to hearing from him. My first thought is that this will be an expensive ordeal.

I started using AC Electrical back in January 2021 initially to rewire and change socket locations after I bought my first home and was overly impressed with their services. Since then I’ve used them for all of my electrical works at home and electrical jobs for my rental projects. Their workmanship, skills and reliability are outstanding. Always on time and up for any task and challenge no matter how difficult it may be, they go above and beyond! I can’t praise them enough!
