Matt came over on Friday afternoon and identified the root of our problem (no running water, toilet not flushing, shower taps etc all not working) and he came back 8.30am the next morning (Saturday) to finalise the fix. Very efficient and friendly service with a smile - would recommend to anyone in SW London or further.
