Very friendly welcome at reception. Very punctual and a very good thorough clean with hygienist and detailed dental check offering very useful advice. Always a pleasure to visit. And I used to dread the dentist before finding The Holistic Dental Centre !

The ladies at the Holistic Dental Centre did an amazing job on a filling for me. I was very nervous as I was not keen on the needle for the anesthesia but it was done with such care that I had no pain with the needle or the drill and fill. They made sure to remove any metals that might be in the liquid injected and frequently checked in to ensure I am alright and not in pain. I believe the holistic approach is the far better option and well worth saving for a procedure where your health is put first and your concerns regarding medicine is discussed.

I've been very ill for a few years with ME/CFS. I was therefore nervous about making the excursion to get my amalgam filling replaced. Everyone at the dental surgery was so helpful and understanding about my limitations, and did everything they could to accommodate me. This made the whole experience much less stressful. I am so happy that I no longer have mercury in my mouth, and that I found a dentist following the SMART protocol to remove the amalgam safely. Many thanks to everyone at the Holistic Dental Centre.

Can't praise the Whitehouse Dental Clinic highly enough. Have been to many dentists in my time and to some that were so called the 'very best' however I consider Duncan to be THE VERY BEST. He has been able to give me my smile back, which I can't thank him enough for. My entire family come here now and every time it is an absolute joy....yes the dentist a joy, its true! The lovely Gill who clearly runs the show is brilliant. The family have used the White House dental practice for many years, we have always been looked after so well and always greeted with such a lovely warm welcome. Our teeth always feel they are in the most trusting and capable of hands. Not so long ago Duncan completed some “bonding” work on my teeth and WOW! The results are just amazing. My family and I have been going to the Whitehouse Dental Clinic for over 15yrs now. I have always had a phobia about dentists in the past, but I can honestly say that since going to Dr Duncan McNair those phobia's are a very distant memory! Duncan is the most professional and gentle dentist I have ever been to! He always takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing, and to top it off, my teeth (as well as my entire family's teeth) have never been better! The level of expertise and professionalism of all of the staff has meant that even when I moved 50miles away, I remained a patient and was more than prepared to make the trip. I'm always impressed with the experience at Time Dental, and I've been a client for 6 or 7 years now. The premises are spotlessly clean, the staff always welcoming and efficient, and the dental care is excellent. Dr Rashid always takes the time for a quick chat and explains everything he's doing, offering advice and flagging up potential future areas of concern. I never feel like I'm being pressed to have work done that is not necessary. The hygienists are also very professional. I recommend this dental practice without reservation.

I've been a member at Time Dental for a few years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, always trying to make sure I have the best experience. I book my appointments 6 months in advance and always get text reminders to let me know so I don't miss them. Even though I'm moving further away from Time Dental, I won't be changing practise any time soon! 10/10 recommendation!

Staff always polite and lovely. Dentist excellent which helps as I don’t even like going to the barber let along someone coming at me with a syringe and needle then a pointy wizzing drill. Very happy to recommend.

Coming from someone who had not been to the dentist ever since their childhood years and registered as a patient late last year. I have had such a positive experience. My Dentist Joana and her nurse Peter are a massive credit to the practice. They are both friendly and informative. My teeth needed a lot of work and I have received exceptional treatment. One of my teeth was severely broken and only half of it remained. The filling I received did not only make my confidence go up but my tooth looks as good as new. I was originally very self conscious about my mouth but thanks to Joana and Peter I am a lot more comfortable with smiling without covering my mouth. The receptionists Alison, Chelly and Amy are always so welcoming, friendly and informative. Compared to other health practices the phones are swiftly answered and I am not having to recall five times or wait listening to the on hold music you normally hear. Overall Alison, Joana, Peter, Chelly and Amy are a credit to the MyDentist team and deserve all of the praise I can give!

Was seen by Carol today who is the Dental Practice Hygienst and my experience was amazing not half as bad as I thought the appointment would be. Carol was orofeddional and very calming throughout.
