Treatment excellent. Only issue I have is my treatment was a basic examination that included 2 small x-rays and you entered these on my claim form as a single item which means my dental insurers will only reimburse for a basic examination that doesn’t include x-rays. Although there’s a single charge, if you could enter £39 (for the basic examination) and £10 (for the x-rays) this would make life much easier for me. Best regards.
Required a tooth extraction. Mrs Zainab did a though checkup and discussed the results of the x rays with me. She discussed options to replace the gap prior the extraction. She was very professional at all times
Generally I don’t write any reviews but the treatment I had recently at ConfiDental Clinic had pursued me to write a review. This is the best dental clinic I have ever attended. Dr Soundrarajan has been very passionate about her work, she has shown exceptional professionalism and kindness when she treated me. I have no hesitation to recommend her. Thanks.
I've attended the Clinic twice, and the dentist and hygienist were both lovely. Not to mention the Front Office ladies - warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming.
