As a very long standing patient at Notley Dental Care, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. What is really noticeable and very much appreciated when having to consider options for treatment, is that they are clearly laid out, with no sense of being encouraged down a particular pathway. Most recently I have seen Dr Ali and his care and consideration and recommendations have been invaluable. I trust his judgement and am grateful to have such an excellent dental practice close to home.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

I was referred to Broadway Dental by my dentist due to complications with a crown following a hockey injury many years ago. Murray Saunders was fantastic at finding the root (pun intended) cause of my issue. Once identified, I was given a few possible options for how to treat the issue. The decision was to go for an implant. There was no pressure to use the team from Broadway Dental, but I am very glad I did. I was introduced to Paul O’Neilly who was simply amazing. From the first appointment to finally having my implant crown fitted I could not have been happier with the service I received. He set out a journey for me to give my new tooth the best chance possible. The process was long, but thankfully not painful. I cannot recommend the team at Broadway Dental enough.

Honestly the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Murray is so kind and gentle and puts you at ease. He explains everything very well. He clearly has some fantastic equipment too. He did a fantastic job on a tricky root canal and I literally had no pain during or even after the process. I would recommend Dr. Murray and his team for anyone needing a root treatment. The reception team is brilliant too. If you need root canal then I do not think you will find better one in the area. I wish all dental experiences could be as wonderful as this! Worth every penny!”

Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.

We had our first visit this week (I took my daughter) she was so nervous after a previous dentist wasn’t very patient and we were so impressed from the moment we walked in. They all put my daughter at ease, from the beaming smile welcoming us at the reception desk to the calm, kind and friendly atmosphere with the dentist and the dental nurse before and whilst doing work with my daughter. The practice was exceptionally clean and light. It didn’t feel like a dentist waiting room at all. Will be returning with confidence. Highly recommend!

Especially as I find everything about having my teeth worked on really uncomfortable. They listened to my concerns and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. The dental staff are very welcoming and athough I am not a nervous patient, the whole time during your appointment as treatment commences it is dealt with in a highly professional manner. The dentist is making you fully aware of any issues, the xrays were there for me to see and him to explain any changes noticed. He is also explaining everything he can see during the examination and treatments or choices that are available to you. Very good at engaging with the patient and this makes the whole visit calm and reassuring. He cleaned and polished my teeth to a very high standard and I would recommend this practise to friends and family.

One of the best dental practices I have ever visited. Dr Soin, is highly professional and a skilled dentist which was evidenced into how she dealt with my elderly father’s very serious dental issue. Visiting from India, he was not keen to have surgery in the UK. Dr Soin, assessed him with a lot of patience and understanding. She was reassuring, yet practical with her advise, did not push for surgery or other invasive procedures which certainly relaxed him. Her kind and polite communication skills worked very well for my father and he felt confident with her management plan. He cannot stop praising her as an individual but also how competent and skilled he found her. We would like to thank her and the team for support. In addition the reception staff were kind and polite and so was her assistant.

The very day after he made something temporary for me and a week later I have a beautiful new tooth. The whole team are polite, welcoming, helpful and absolutely fantastic. I recently had to confront a long-standing phobia of going to the dentist, and my experience at BUPA Dental Care Woking Retreat with Dr. Anita Hawksworth, and her nurses Tia and Chantelle, made all the difference. I had a tooth that was causing unbearable pain, forcing me to book an emergency appointment. I was anxious and unsure of what to expect, but booking the appointment online was simple and straightforward, and I was welcomed warmly when I arrived. Dr Anita Hawksworth immediately put me at ease. She explained everything she was going to do, making it clear that she wouldn't proceed without my consent, which made a huge difference for someone like me with a dental phobia. Unfortunately, the inspection showed that I needed to return the next day to have the tooth removed. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Anita and her team were incredibly reassuring and patient, ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. Tia and Chantelle were wonderfully understanding and caring, helping me feel more relaxed than I ever thought I could be in a dentist's chair. Radio 2 was a great chose of stations. The entire team truly went above and beyond to make sure my fears were addressed and I felt in control. For anyone out there with a fear of the dentist, I can't recommend this team enough. They are compassionate, professional, and genuinely care about your comfort. Thanks to Dr. Anita Hawksworth, Tia, Chantelle, and everyone at the practice, I have now fully recovered, and I am incredibly grateful for the way they helped me overcome a major fear. I’ve been seeing Dr Rita Mirchandani regularly for 17 years. She is the best dentist I’ve ever seen (I’m over 50). She always offers advice, presents sensible options and most importantly she cares and takes time to do things the right way. Having seen dentists in the past who were only interested in how many more fillings they could put in my mouth, Rita has been a breath of fresh air. Under her care I’ve had a couple of fillings replaced, a root canal because there wasn’t much more she could do with the tooth, and an extraction because of an abscess in an old (pre-Rita) root canal - always a pleasure to deal with her, given her calm demeanour and never any pain with any of the procedures! She has also been wonderful with my daughter, who oat age 3 wouldn’t open her mouth for an examination. My daughter now has a wonderful mouthful of teeth and has developed excellent oral healthcare. If you’re worried about going to the dentist, Rita is the dentist you should see.

I recently had to face one of those dental experiences that many dread: a broken tooth extraction. However, I'm pleased to say that my visit to Dr. Jahnavi Metha and nurse Sushma was nothing short of excellent. Dr. Jahnavi explained the procedure in detail, making sure I understood each step. I thought I was going to be in a lot of pain. So when it was time for the numbing process and saw the needle, I prepared myself. But the process was quick and I hardly felt a thing. During the extraction of the tooth she worked efficiently, with great care and was explaining what she was doing at each step. I felt a little pressure, like she said I would, but no pain at all. Before I knew it, the tooth was out. She explained the after care and what to expect. I expected to be in pain when the anaesthesia would wear off, but again I had no pain. Overall, I can confidently say that my tooth extraction experience with Dr. Jahnavi Metha and nurse Sushma exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!! I highly recommend them.

Dr Rita Mirchandani has looked after my mouth for over 15 years. She is passionate about oral health. I trust her implicitly only to recommend what really needs done. She keeps you informed every step of the way and the quality of her work is 2nd to none. When I arrived 15 years ago my mouth was not in great shape. She stabilised the situation, educated me on how to look after my mouth and has monitored my mouth since. I cannot recommend her enough.

I was seen at very short notice at 9am on the Monday having only phoned an hour earlier with an emergency and despite not being a current patient. My problem was dealt with very efficiently and the dentist carefully explained what the issue was, everything that was happening/ being done and as to why. I emerged less than an hour later minus one wisdom tooth but with the pain extinguished. A very satisfied patient.
