Managed to get a same day appointment as I had a toothache. Was seen by a lovely dentist who was gentle and understanding of my pain. Took x-ray to determine whether infection was tooth or gum and prescribed antibiotics.

Very friendly and welcoming practice. I used the practice for Invisalign treatment with Dr Ravi Desai. Today, was my last appointment and I am very happy with the outcome. Dr Desai and the nurse both made me feel comfortable and demonstrated skill, care and kindness. Thank you so so much.

My experience at Dental Beauty has been excellent. I have seen the dentist and hygienest recently and during both appointments great care was taken to understand my needs. I am a nervous patient and the dentist and the hygienist were so gentle and reassured me. My hygiene appointment was not uncomfortable at all. Reception staff are very welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

I would like to highly recommend the team in Dorking. I had been referred by my Horsham dentist to see Dr Pauline Lautard for Periodontal work and Sumeet Oberai for Prosthodontics composite bonding. I was anxious but l had no need to be. After Pauline numbed my gums l had no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. With Sumeet numbing was not needed. He made me feel completely relaxed and again pain free. My teeth look very natural. I am absolutely thrilled.

Well, no one really likes going to the dentist… but the care and attention to detail I have received from this practice is second to none. A friendly, efficient and well resourced practice. The appointment reminder system is excellent and very hard to ignore. The only thing that irritates me a little is the use of online questionnaires to try to sell me additional services.

After checking the excellent reviews online I decided to give this dentist a try. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and I was booked in to see the hygienist the same day. Really impressed the hygienist was friendly and was so pleased with the results of my clean, would highly recommend.

Leanne is the best dentist I have ever had. I get v.anxious and she always helps calm me down and is understanding and compassionate. The receptionist Amy is friendly and welcoming. I actually travel for a long time as I don’t want to change dental practices!

I’ve been coming to this dental practise for a little while now and in that time I’ve always had a good experience from start to finish. The reception area is clean warm & inviting and the reception team are really welcoming especially Amy who’s always keen and ready to help you with a smile. My dentist Leanne is lovely she always makes me feel welcomed, relaxed and never makes me feel like I’m just a number. Basically she takes her time to listen to any concerns I may have and gives me genuine advise. The dental nurse, Aaliyah is also wonderful, she’s always genuinely happy to see me and take care of me. They make a great team, very efficient and professional too.

The reception staff are lovely, the waiting area is comfortable. My Dentist is very nice and explains things as she goes along. She also checked how I was feeling several times during my treatment. The only negative is that I am always seen late. I am always early for my appointments.

Receptionist is super friendly and helpful - the one who sits at the front is usually the one I speak with. The dentist I have had has also been friendly and helpful with any questions I ask. Especially Andriana, I’m always throwing questions her way. She makes you felt comfortable and is reassuring with treatments.

As an anxious dental patient from childhood, I have found going to the dentist an immensely traumatic experience - until I started to attend the Kenley Dental Practice. Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had been having such horrendous dental pain for the longest time. Townend managed to book me in for an emergency appointment a few months ago and since coming here all my pain has completely disappeared. I required some dental extractions and I had a huge fear of the dentist but this practise has truly been so incredibly warm and welcoming. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Shukla and was very pleased with the process. He is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but has genuine care and compassion towards his patients, making each visit a pleasure! Dr Shukla did a great job of explaining every step of the process clearly and addressed all my questions with patience and kindness, making the entire process easy and comfortable. My mum is also a patient of Dr Shukla who has more complex requirements after previous surgery and is a somewhat nervous patient - he consistently makes her feel well cared for and she couldn’t speak more highly of him! An excellent dentist who I would highly recommend.

My first check up visit here was super! Excellent young dentist, warm and very professional. He quickly identified issues, he was clear in explaining them to me and recommended treatments that fit my (NHS) budget. I saw the hygienist too and she was gentle and professional, she saw my sensitive teeth needed some part-anaesthetic which really helped as I had lots of build-up and gum redness; she left me clean and reassured. When I looked in the mirror I could see the darker areas of my teeth gone (which I thought could not be removed/cleaned), my teeth were shining again finally and no pain. Very satisfied and have already booked the next two appointments for both. It doesn’t look big from outside but it has lots of rooms (and friendly staff!), plus it’s right in front of the tram stop, and only few minutes from East Croydon station.
