Can not thank Willows Dental enough.. lovely ladies at reception are warm and welcoming. The dentists and dental nurses we have met have been amazing and put my children at ease which I really appreciated. After care clear and helpful.
The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease, they talk through what they are doing and keep asking you if you are OK, which makes it an overall pleasant experience (to say your going to the dentist lol 😂) I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. many thanks to all the staff
100% recommend - my children had their first appointment there yesterday. It's like night and day compared to our last dentist. So friendly/welcoming, professional, helpful and didn't put the fear of god into my kids unlike the last place. Thanks for a wonderful experience x
Amazing from start to finish. Explained how anxious I was and the dentist explained what she was going to do and if it was okay to carry on so I wouldn’t panic. Made me feel completely at ease and comforted. Definitely made it easier to come back for another appointment!
My children had their first appointment here today after moving from another surgery. They both said how nice the dentist was. He spoke to them in a friendly manner, putting them both at ease. I wish we'd moved years ago! Thank you!
