I'm a difficult patient when it comes to my teeth. I had two fillings and hygiene done. I was comfortable, kept calm, assured regularly and supported. I felt understood, assisted for the tasks to be completed as effectively and efficiently as possible. My anxiety did slow me and the time down, but the care and compassion was much appreciated. From the start, I hate the dentist! I am extremely dental phobic, and mentally ill. I also, unluckily have terrible teeth. The reception staff are lovely, they are so friendly and accommodating and my dentist is amazing. I came in crying in pain today and walked out smiling not half an hour later. The kindness and patience they have shown is above and beyond. The nursing staff are lovely. The place is spotless and doesn't smell 'dentisty'. I honestly can't compliment this place enough.
