Visited the courtyard clinic as a referral from my dentist for a tooth extraction. I’m a very nervous patient but through the whole process from booking to the procedure everyone i spoke to and met were extremely friendly, kind and calming putting me at complete ease? The dentist , Andrew introduced himself and talked me through everything and the extraction was very quick and absolutely painful free!! I can’t thank you enough!!

I've had an amazing experience here. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel like part of the Courtyard Clinic family. It's more like visiting a spa than a dentist. I'm seeing Claire for Invisalign and she has been wonderful, so kind and thorough. Herself and Emma make a good team. I also saw Andrew for extraction of my wisdom teeth. He was fantastic. I felt so at ease and the treatment was perfect. Alison is such a great dental nurse and practice manager. I have utmost confidence in everyone here. Cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve just finished my Invisaign treatment at The Courtyard and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr Claire and her whole team, including the lovely Emma, Alison and Paige, are fantastic at what they do and I can’t recommend the clinic enough. They have genuine care for their patients and are exceptionally helpful if you have any questions or concerns. I’m so pleased I found them and wouldn’t possibly consider ever going anywhere else!

It was great to see Andrew the other day - I hadn't been to rhe dentist for a very long time and was a little embarrassed to be honest. However, I shouldn't have worried he made me very welcome and wasn't at all judgemental. He talked me through all my treatment options and costs and said we would make a decision together as to how we move forward. I have finally found a dentist I feel I can trust. I'm so happy to finally get my teeth sorted out! And thanks to the whole team who made me so welcome the minute I walked through the door. Thank you!

Staff were so lovely. Receptionists were very helpful and welcoming with lovely smiles. The dentist herself was so nice and made me feel at ease.

Thank you Pooja Capoor for sorting out two broken crowns. I really though I had lost both teeth. I was referred to Pooja via recommendation. When I arrived, she told me she promised to help save my broken teeth. My treatment has been brilliant from start to finish. I have not had to worry. She took X-rays and 3-D scans of all my teeth. The saved moth my roots and was able to attached two new crowns to them. I am extremely grateful and the alternative would have been expensive implants. The treatment room very clean and the back ground music helped as I do not like pain. I'd also like to say the dental nurse that worked with Pooja (ANISHA JOSHI) was also brilliant. I will be recommending Pooja to others.

I have always had a terrible fear of the dentist throughout my whole life, this is the only dentist I have always gone back too and felt at ease and comfortable. Hussein is amazing and very good with uneasy patients. One very happy customer!

I completed my Invisalign journey with Dr Simon and was blown away with the results. It has given me complete confident in my teeth and they are perfectly straight. Simon worked with me to make sure the teeth would look exactly how I want by the end and I am thrilled! I felt very informed of the whole process and had excellent follow up care from Simon and the team. I will definitely be coming back to continue my smile makeover soon - thank you to the whole team for looking after me so well!

Great Dental surgery. I have been a patient there for approx 27 years after being very scared of dentists and have nothing negative to say. All of team at Rothley are always welcoming, they are truly professional and have always accommodated my needs during every visit. Having recently had Major Dental treatment I have to give a special thanks to Viraj as his attention to detail when advising me of the procedure and during any surgery is second to none. He is always so upbeat during our sessions and continually ensures that as his patient I am comfortable. Not normal to hear someone say they look forward to their surgery appointments but for me I know I’m on very capable hands.

This has been long pending! I am super happy and pleased with my smile. Although a little more than what I was able to afford at the time but with monthly interest free payments made all the difference to cover the cost of my braces. Trevor was recommended by a friend and I am so glad that I listened to her. The whole team is amazing and super friendly. Thanks a bunch:).

We were in UK on a work assignment for 19months. My younger daughter had her braces fitted there and my older daughter got her lower metal retainer removed and clear ones made. Our experience was phenomenal. Cygnet staff is very competent. The office is very clean and well maintained. Trevor and Corrie are absolutely amazing! They listen to you. They understood our situation and saw my daughter at shorter intervals as they wanted to achieve the results in the short time frame we had. I never felt rushed for anything. They transferred all of my daughter's dental records on a USB stick for the Orthodontist in Houston. To my surprise Trevor refunded us the amount of the last service as my daughter's braces would be taken off by her new Orthodontist in Houston (for which I would have to pay in Houston again). That's a very kind and thoughtful act and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend Cygnet Orthodontics. Also, our Orthodontist in Houston, TX after looking at my daughter's braces said that was amazing work done by Cygnet. That made me so happy. Thank you Trevor, Corrie and Sabina for everything!

I have been with this surgery for a while now. In all honesty, I think this surgery is really well-kept, compassionate towards both staff and patients, and well-organised. Tracey and Wendy make a fantastic front-facing team for the surgery. Always extremely kind, accommodating, and helpful! I’m always terrified of the dentist, had to come in for an emergency extraction, Tony was absolutely amazing! The receptionist staff especially Tracey was so accommodating and understanding. Will be my goto dentist for good! Tony kept cracking jokes mid extraction to make it more lighthearted, had absolutely no pain again!!

So...... as I was about to write this feedback ,I was amazed to see so many negative reviews online for Crown House!....this has most definitely not been the case for me....quite the opposite! Tasha on Reception was fantastic ...she facilitated the appointment on the same day of phoning. I had such a fantastic interaction with Dr Sami later that day. I went in with a bit of trepidation ,as I had not had a check up for a while.....thought I'd get a telling off!😉 Dr Sami understood that sometimes life takes over ,and things such as check-ups can get put off ..or focus be put on other things within family life. Dr Sami was an absolute gentleman...he took time to gently explain to me the work that I needed to have done ...the options available and a plan moving forward. It all felt very personal, I felt listened to and was not rushed in the slightest... everything was explained in detail. I want to add that I have been a patient at this Dental Practice for over 35yrs . I have also had implant treatment with Raj Joshi.....who someone else has said on a review here...is a 'superman'....he is extremely personable....you don't even realise the work has been done ,as he is so gentle!....I would recommend him without hesitation. ***For some reason Google is not letting me write a separate review...so I'll add this on here. I've just experienced a fabulous couple of sessions with the hygienist Schechana Rai...and her very able and professional nurse assistant, Alanah. These two wonderful ladies really compliment each other ....have such a rapport, and are so in tune with themselves, whilst providing such personal care and attention at such a high standard . Because of their inclusivity of me during the procedure.. I felt totally relaxed in 'the chair'! I'm actually looking forward to my next visit in 3 months time. See you in December lovely ladies.

After a long time debating whether I should get braces or not, one of my family friends recommended Dr. Davani. Even if the clinic was 1 hour away I decided I’m going to get my orthodontic treatment done by him. And I’m so glad I did it. 😊 I’ve gotten a few brackets broken during my treatment and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and fixing of my braces. ☺️ He was so kind and also a perfectionist, he did a splendid job with my messy crowded teeth. 🦷After 7 months my teeth are all done to the perfection. I am over the moon right now ! 😇Highly recommend this place !

I have been seen by doctor Nader at this practice many times. I have a rare genetic condition and suffer superseded immune system so I get to see him a lot. I also have extreme fear of dentists, obviously before I know him. Dr Nader always ensures to reduce my anxiety first. He is great at what he does but most importantly he has really amazingly kind bedside manner. Chair-side manner in his case :). He has referred me to hospital for further treatment but at the same time he made sure I am pain free and able to carry on with life until I get seen at hospital. It is a very busy place but the whole team ensures you get seen if you really need to. Thanks to the lovely ladies at the reception. Always tried their best for me. Keep on at the good job you doing. You literally make people to be able to smile Dr Nader and team.

Just wanted to say how lovely all the staff were when I came in last Thursday for my hygienist appointment. Khalda did a really good job, my teeth feel so fresh and clean. There was a man on reception I didn't get his name but he had glasses on, he was really kind and helpful as I had lots of questions and he really put my mind at rest.
